Our products are sold directly to the public through the website. All orders must be prepaid in full by credit card and will be shipped within 7-14 days upon credit card authorization. In some occasions, products will be shipped by Royal Mail sooner than 7 days. The customer agrees to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery to determine whether it is indeed what was ordered and is delivered in good condition, without damage. If an order is received damaged due to shipping or packaging the customer must report the damage in writing ( within 72 hours of receipt of the order. If there is obvious damage to the outer shipping box the customer should note this damage while signing for the package.
